The Recruitment Zone helps connect professionals in Canada with opportunities to join Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF)’s humanitarian medical action around the world, and to become a part of our efforts to provide essential care to people affected by crisis, conflict, disaster or neglect.

Every year, hundreds of skilled Canadian professionals travel overseas to help MSF deliver emergency humanitarian medical care.  MSF recruits medical and non-medical international field workers from Canada and elsewhere to assist with our front-line operations all around the world.  

The Recruitment Zone is where you can learn more about what it takes to join MSF’s medical and non-medical teams in our field projects — what skill sets we need most, where you might work and what we look for in a successful applicant. We also share some of the experiences of other Canadians who have worked with MSF overseas, so you can have a better idea of what to expect.
