Volunteer in Canada 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in either our Toronto or Montreal office (and occasionally remote).

Volunteers are an important part of MSF and we greatly benefit from their dedicated contributions. Our volunteers support our staff in positions that often involve administrative work, although we do our best to match our volunteers’ interests, skills, and experience with the appropriate tasks and departments. MSF values a diverse workforce and we welcome applications from all those interested in volunteering their time.

Host a fundraiser

You don’t need to be a professional event planner to fundraise for MSF and it doesn’t need to be anything complicated – your fundraiser can be as simple as asking people to donate to MSF for an activity you undertake.
