Toronto Waterfront Marathon 2023 | Walk, Run or Donate for MSF this fall!

Join Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières’ (MSF) teams as we walk or run 5k, 10k, a half marathon or a full marathon in the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon this fall.

This year, the Toronto Waterfront Marathon is a hybrid event, which means you can run or walk the distance of your choice in-person or virtually:

In-Person Race Day | Sun., Oct. 15, 2023 

8:00 a.m. | 5K Start 

8:45 a.m. | Marathon & Half Marathon Start 

Virtual Time Period | Oct. 1, 2023 – Oct. 31, 2023

MSF is participating in the TCS charity challenge to raise $20,000 in support of our emergency medical work around the world. Join or sponsor our fundraising challenge to support MSF.

There are three easy steps to register for the race and the fundraising challenge:

STEP 1: REGISTER

  • Use this link to register your virtual or in-person participation.

STEP 2: JOIN THE CHARITY CHALLENGE

  • Under “TCS Charity Challenge Teams,” select “I’d like to join an existing fundraising team.” Find Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) from the “select team” dropdown list.
  • Use your fundraising page to set your fundraising goal, add your photo and your story.

STEP 3: START FUNDRAISING

  • Share your story and invite your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you.
  • Be sure to share your fundraising and training updates on social media using #chooseTOrun, #TOWaterfront42K, #RUNWITHMSF, #WALKWITHMSF.
